I suddenly find myself with an irrational desire for flan.
Not the Kozy Shack stuff you get at the grocery store, which is actually a completely passable flan, but real flan... from a real Mexican or Puerto Rican restaurant. We went to La Marginal the other day for Chris's birthday and DAMN if I didn't love every single flan-inspired dessert they had (which was LITERALLY every dessert... there was coconut flan, flan de queso, flan on top of this insanely moist chocolate cake, and a really light and airy coconut milk flan).
